Javier Royuela-del-Val received the Ingeniero de Telecomunicación and the M.S. degrees from the University of Valladolid, Spain, in 2011 and 2012, respectively. He joined the Laboratory of Image Processing (LPI) in 2011, where he works toward the Ph.D. He is in receipt of a four years Graduate Scholarship from the Universidad de Valladolid.
